Katie Rosewood is a Sydney-based guitarist, songwriter, and music educator.

Originally trained as a classical guitarist, Katie completed her Bachelor of Music (Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium in 2014, studying under many of Australia’s leading classical guitarists and developing a strong foundation in classical repertoire and technique.

Alongside her classical background, Katie has a longstanding love for contemporary music including rock, folk, and alternative styles, which continues to shape both her original music and teaching approach.

Through Rosewood Guitarist, Katie offers guitar lessons, workshops, and musical guidance for students of all ages and experience levels, helping each student build confidence, creativity, and enjoyment in their playing.
